Conference: The Rule of Law. Bridging or Sanctioning Differences?

Several team members of our project are taking part at the Leipzig Rule of Law Conference titled „The Rule of Law – Bridging or Sanctioning Differences?“ which aims at discussing the extent of the national differences in rule of law structures, the political and legal situation in various EU member states and also critically examine processes in academia and politics.

The event brings together outstanding personalities from the legal and social sciences, from political and legal practice, including the President of the European Court of Justice, Koen Lenaerts, the EU Commissioner for Justice and the Rule of Law, Didier Reynders, and the Vice-President of the European Parliament, Katarina Barley amongst others.
